Definitely, top 300 worthy at least, fantastic funk, I've always preferred Parlaiment to Funkadelic.

Great album when you're chilling with people, and for when you wish you were chilling with people. Parliament at it's best - party songs glorifying funk for funk's sake, creating fairytale-style characters to explain what funk is, outer space imagery, and just in general "keeping you under lock and key"
