Im going to say it was better in the long run for Poe joining & contributing to BEA- but I think it was also inevitable and better-for-both that he eventually departed. His contributions to the database and the overall music makeup of BEA were definitely invaluable, but his prescence on the forums got worse and worse as he seemed to be bewildered why we weren't following his every music-listening lead, and often just became a passive-agressive, condescending nuisance on the forums who seemed to have little interest communicating with us lower life-forms (though I guess we're all guilty of that at times, but when it's all the friggin time it becomes a major problem).
Craola? Seen him around, cool guy I guess. Obv don't have much interactions so not much to go on, but glad he/she is here ^_^

craola is really a nice guy, i often saw him posting / commenting interesting thoughts or things, and he also has great musical tastes. Never came to know this Poe, and based on what users say i'm not interested in that. So the choice is easy for me.

I second that; craola seems a nice and open minded user with interesting ideas. I think that when I joined bea The Poe had already gone, so the choice is easy for me too.

Normally when I listen to music which is shit I can at least appreciate that it's still probably better than anything I could make myself. I would actually back myself to make a better album than Polly Bradfield's though if only I had a violin. Honestly it was hard to take seriously someone who loved this but hated Jay Z
