I've always found this album to be beautiful and sad being that it's so close to Cobain's death. That last track man, you can just hear the death in his voice, the defeat. That last sigh right before he closes the song, it sounds like one of those sighs where he's just gathering the willpower to get through this last song. It's haunting. _________________ 2023 Chart

This album was very helpful when coping with depression and suicidal thoughts as a teenager, not so much in getting rid of the depression but in having someone to relate to. At 16, most people I knew had no idea what depression felt like, or if they did they pretended it was hormonal mood swings. _________________

What's odd about it? Nirvana were probably the biggest band in the world, and they put out an MTV tie-in that had a very broad appeal due its softening of their sound. It makes complete sense that this is popular. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.

My favourite thing about this album has always been all the covers, I'm glad the MTV people didn't get their way with wanting them to play more big hits.

Couldn't agree more. One of the things that made this album special for me was the fact that it turned me on to the Meat Puppets.
