The Antlers, because Hospice is THE most moving album ever recorded. For the many who haven't heard it, please take the time to listen in its entirety.
Hospice is a very good album, and the lyrics and storytelling are top-notch. But I need more than one good album before I can put them over The Byrds, who achieved an iconic status.
I'm really pushing for The Antlers' continued success over the next years though.
This is another weird match up. You have a newer indie band with a fairly pleasant sound up against a semi-legendary band from the sixties. It's not really a fair match.
