As a new member I have just completed my top 40 chart. Accidently I put on 41 albums, this had the effect of wiping off my number one album. I couldn't find a way of retrieving it and had to rewrite an extensive comment. Perhaps a warning should appear when you have reached your limit?

Hi, many apologies about the problem. I've not known this to happen before. I'm not sure how 41 albums could have been allowed to be added because, as you say, you start out with a 40 album limit and the site should prevent you from adding any additional entries once you reach the maximum. Please could let me know which browser you are using and if any strange errors occurred while saving the chart to help me reproduce how this happened.

on a related note, do you think in might be possible when editing a chart for there to be a warning/"are you sure" window before closing the window or leaving the page before submitting? Oftentimes I'll manage to accidentally close the tab or click away from the page and lose a lot of work on a chart note. Guess the problem could be solved by learning to hit my keyboard in the right places but still...

Yes, definitely could add something here to prompt when exiting the page.
