If you put a comment on an album on your personal chart this will not be seen by someone researching the album via the search function. If your comment is autobiographical you may not think that it should be attached beyond your personal chart. If your comment is a critique then it should be attached separately. A simple option button when you compile your chart would make this easier that copy/pasting posts.
I feel like it would be complicated to have chart comments auto-update with regular comments. For example, what happens if I edit my chart comment? If I delete an entry from my chart and re-add it later with another comment? I can also see this being abused in the way you mentioned in another thread where someone just puts like "cool" or whatever in every thing on their chart and gets to just toggle a switch to make it where they have an extra 20, 25, or 50 points from every chart they've made.
