Just wondering what 2016 album people think will climb the highest on the overall chart next year, especially with Blackstar and Moon Shaped Pool already doing pretty well for themselves and pulling ahead considerably (and they have high ratings especially AMSP), it will interesting to see what people think. And if you think it'll be a different album, maybe even a future one, post it below! _________________ overall / 2017 / spotify

A Moon Shaped Pool will climb the highest in the overall because it's a Radiohead album and this is BEA. _________________ Overall - The 2010's - 2020

yeah it'll def be a moon shaped pool. not to sound flippant, but certainly much of they hype surrounding blackstar was augmented by bowie's death, which won't last as long as the acclaim that radiohead are getting for their album.
(also, moon shaped pool is just better... right?) _________________ My top songs of the 2010s

It'll be A Moon Shaped Pool because boring albums typically get ranked higher than interesting ones. _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. And it's harder as anything else.

I certainly haven't done a great job keeping up with new music this year, but I have to say it's a little disheartening to go to the 2016 chart and see that the top 4 albums belong to David Bowie, Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar, and Kanye West.

Radiohead owns 4 of the top 16 slots on BEA. Given that Moon is one of their better efforts, the answer seems inevitable.

The rankings are relatively close as is (Bowie ahead 889 to 791), but if you look at overall charts, which aren't factoring in yet (and hold significantly greater weight), Radiohead is ahead 77 to 62. Plus they're Radiohead. _________________ follow me on the bandcamp.
