I used to imagine I'd hate everything made by Death Cab, but today I can't deny that "Such Great Heights" is one of the greatest songs of the 2000s.

Ben Gibbard was on a role that year.

Also: If you're a fan of Owl City, you NEED to hear this.

That is a fantastic song.

I do like this album better than anything whatever that one band is called... oh yeah, Death Cab.

I've never been as high on this album as most. I mean, I like it, and there are some tracks I absolutely love, but I've never understood why people latched on to it in such a strong way. Also kind of how I feel about Neutral Milk Hotel, but that's another story.

Good album, and a classic apparently, even I personally wouldn't have it in my top 500.

Maybe nothing here as good as "(This Is) The Life of Evan and Chan," but what do I know? This is still in my top twenty or so albums of all time.

Track picks
1. The District Sleeps Alone Tonight
2. Such Great Heights
6. Clark Gable
9. Brand New Colony
10. Natural Anthem
