It was pretty low of him to hype up a pre-order. Not exactly one for the history books. |
Word is that it was to hype up the single, which they had to release early to offset the damage of a supposedly imminent leak. Top Dawg are known for being shambolic with regards to album rollouts and release dates though.

Yeah... I know this is what I said before To Pimp A Butterfly dropped (and was proved wrong), but I'm worried this will be awful. I wasn't toooooo big on HUMBLE. It's a little... bland.

I had to do a double take when I first heard. Really hope it's some unknown underground rapper's moniker. Can't begin to imagine any way this could sound remotely good, especially with the album's religious themes.
I'm itching to hear it, morbid curiousity maybe. I've got lots of faith in Kendrick, but it'll fall apart when it starts going to his head about what his purpose/message is.
