So after Everything Now turned out to be slightly dissapointing, I'm hoping The Killers and The War On Drugs will deliver the goods.

Really digging both of the King Giz releases. Just love their frantic high energy sound

I mean, have you heard their new tracks?! Or even "Thinking of A Place"? It's already in the bag. Don't even worry.

James has been listening to a bit too much Daft Punk. Thinking a lot about mortality too.

Only 2 weeks left till the new LCD Soundsystem album!!!

Also, does anyone else think that the new Vampire Weekend album is gonna be postponed to 2018, considering the fact we haven't heard a single thing about it since March?

I've listened to every song only once. Like I mentioned in another thread, some artists have layered songs that need many listens to be fully digested. TWOD is like that, I didn't like Lost In The Dream on the first listen but it's one of my favourites now. That's why I didn't want to give those pre-released songs any unfair advantage because I thought it might distract me from other songs when the album comes out. If that makes any sense Laughing

This album is really speaking to me right now. Post-apocalyptic gospel taking on contemporary issues head on. So intense.
