I was getting almost "too caught up" in cinema so that I was recently having a tough time deciding what to watch (too many choices and at the same time too blown away by some recent viewings). Had to give my mind a breather...
So over the last couple days I took a little excursion over to the land of TV talent shows.
Ive added some really good ones and also decided to expand the tiers to ten which gives room for pretty much any outstanding performance and above (the very top one being transcendant/awe inspiring by comparison to the lowest ones which are still very good).
I was very surprised by the Voice Kids Mimi and Josefin Creep performance (was not expecting that) which placed all the way to #2 (deservedly so; or at least #2 until tiers 2-4 find some entries).
Anyway, I dont work on this list often but I am definitely accepting recs -- more so in the short term than usual. Especially if you know of some for the top 5 tiers -- though any are appreciated. I just use youtube to find these: "Best of Got Talent" (or Voice, X Factor etc) and alike searches... Otherwise I am unfamiliar with these shows so there are bound to be plenty really good ones that Ive missed so far, hopefully even some for the upper tiers? _________________ Best Classical

I haven't seen a whole lot of these shows, but I do recall a few goodies.
Although she turned into a hot mess after the fame befell her, I really loved Katharine McPhee's first time going Somewhere Over The Rainbow on AI. Technically flawless and it came across as very genuine, even knowing how staged it was.
Bo Bice's singing of Ides of March's Vehicle on AI was hot!
...as was Carly Smithson's singing of Jesus Christ Superstar.
Like many, I was won over by Susan Boyle's I Dreamed a Dream on BGT.
And I was captivated, even stunned, by an amazing 12 year old Grace VanderWaal playing a ukulele and singing an original song on AGT. This was positively amazing.
