I found this. I think we should make it happen.

Maybe it says something about me that I initially assumed this was a joke. Supergroups are never as good as their respective parts so I don't think this is how good music happens, but in this case I'd definitely be curious to hear the weird clash between their totally different styles. I can barely imagine where they'd find musical common ground.

I wonder if this would be even worse than the last 15 years of Radiohead albums and the last 45 years of McCartney/Ringo albums! Laughing

Hopefully, the Beatles wouldn't stoop to that level. That would be like Lawrence Olivier making a movie with Vin Diesel. Or Meryl Streep making a movie with Roseanne Barr. Oh wait.....she did. Forgot about that movie. Never mind.

Apart from The King of Limbs, I don't see much of a problem with the last 15 years of Radiohead albums? Obviously they aren't as great as the 1997-2001 albums but they're still good anyway.

Radiohead has a bass player and a drummer. And McCartney hasn't written anything worth noting since the 80's...before Radiohead was even a band. The two have, really, nothing in common.

Absolute waste of energy and internet space.

EDIT: I just looked. Has 3 signatures. Mr. Green

Those things never seem to work anyway. I can't even think of the last good collaboration. Besides, the Beatles and Radiohead have two completely different sensibilities.

FFS. Franz Ferdinand & Sparks was pretty good. But as to the proposed proposition: I would rather sign a proposition to make Trump president for a lifetime.
