I urgently need to see the first two seasons - my friends are really excited for this.

I've managed to (somehow) torrent and watch the first 2 episodes and have been thoroughly enjoying what I've seen so far more the most part (don't want to go too much into details cause spoilers), not sure how it's gonna hold up compared to the original seasons but my expectations are still high.

Have seen all 6 episodes to date, and after a disappointing first few episodes I must say I'm quite hooked now. Disjointed and terribly messy and ugly at times though - quite the experience really.

Just finished episode 4... catching up a little. Really digging it so far. Finding it much darker than the original... there's this overlying cynicism to it all. Kyle Maclachlan's been doing an incredible job, brilliantly awkward timing. Missing the soundtrack tough Sad, they don't seem to be using it as much.

Also, does Audrey come back at all? Or was the role cut?

There's more music as you go along. Audrey's in it, very small part though from what I've heard - hasn't appeared so far (I'm at e09).

Totally agree with your appreciation of MacLachlan. Just like FWWM was a love letter to Sheryl Lee and Inland Empire a love letter to Laura Dern (whom you'll see soon as well), TP The Return seems to me, among other things, to be a love letter to Kyle. Excellent in every different part he has to play.

Finally caught up. Getting around to last night's episode as we speak.

Absolutely loved episode 8. I'd even say it's the best thing Lynch's done since Mulholland Dr. Absolutely phenomenal imagery and conceptualization, and that final scene... damn that was good.

Laura Dern stole the show in episode 9. Loving her role. Feel very Lynchian.
