I've added the artist Local Summer (https://www.besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?b=48713). He is originally from the UK but has since moved to the USA (and he recorded his album there). Which of these countries do I put for his nationality?

Sorry, missed this post somehow. For the purposes of BEA, he's UK (from Hertfordshire).
