Well, Russia and the U.S have had atomic and nukes for like 60 years. During that time there have been numerous wars involving both countries.
And with the exception of Japan in WWII neither side has used nukes

Most of those wars were those countries invading and getting their asses whooped (Vietnam, Afghanistan...) If the two were to have a ful on war then they wouldn't hesitate to press the button.

North Korea and Pakistan have nukes and, if not already, Iran will soon have them also. They are the ones I worry about being quick on nuke trigger.

Yeah, Paksitand and NKorea are the biggest threats, The bigger countries seem less likely to take the risk.

So is the fact that Obummer ran for president on a PEACE platform and is NOT AT ALL MAKING PEACE

well to be honest the new zealand army is bigger than id like. I will make 2 points though. You are comparing the worlds most populous country with one of a population a little over 4 million. And the 2nd, . I am exempt from your witch contry has the biggest (im compensating because nobody likes me budget)
