Hello everybody. I was just wondering what you guys like listening to while working out, weather that be running, yoga, lifting weights, playing sports or doing what you do...please share albums, songs, playlists or whatever it is you like. Thank you.

For me:

Lifting weights: Shogun - Trivium, Ki - Devin Townsend, City Of Evil - Avenged Sevenfold

All of those albums keep me pumped up.

Cardio: Formless - Aghora, The Parallax: Hypersleep Dialogues - Between The Buried And Me, Kezia - Protest The Hero, Guts N Teeth - Old Man Markley, F.T.T.W - H2O

All of these make boring runs seem short haha

It's always been power metal for me when working out. No contest. It's better than death metal and others because it lifts you up and energizes you.

Songs like Metal Gods from Judas Priest or For Whom the Bell Tolls by Metallica work well for the best workout Very Happy

O, by the way, of course IRON MAIDEN

(((( UP THE IRONS ))))

Applause

this thread has already been created...

anyway, lately for cardio I've been listening to:

White Stripes- Black Math; Fell in Love with A Girl; Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground; Seven Nation Army; Hypnotize; Bone Broke; Catch Hell Blues; Little Cream Soda

Stooges-Death Trip; 1970; I Wanna Be Your Dog; Shake Appeal; Search and Destroy

Beatles-Helter Skelter

Flying Lotus-Do the Astral Plane; Recoiled

Clash-White Man in Hammersmith Palais; I Fought the Law; Hateful; Spanish Bombs

Cut Copy-Far Away

Jesus and the Mary Chain-Kiss the Floor

Nirvana-Radio Friendly Unit Shifter

Spoon-Got Nuffin

I usually need some nasty guitar to get me motivated to run 5k or 10k. and I would say the best album to run to would be Wire's Pink Flag

Del Leppard, Alice Cooper, Kix, Van Halen, Megadeth, Judas Priest etc. The only time I'm ever in the mood to hear that stuff is when I'm working out. It works for me.
