So does anyone know many other albums that have their songs meld into each other like Dark Side Of The Moon? I'm quite interested in the idea right now. Bonus points for ones that are relatively unknown and I may not have heard of. I'm not necessarily looking for albums that sound like Dark Side Of The Moon either.

There's a few
Of course, Abbey Road. But, you probably already knew that one
Same with In The Aeroplane Over The Sea, but that's a bit different from what your asking.
...
That's about all I can think of.
Damn it.

The first one that came to my mind was Close To the Edge - YES
It's a masterpiece of an album that I have at #33 on my chart. _________________ .

And of course good ole Sufjan Stevens - Illinois.
Also, Madvillain - Madvillainy.

Avalanches-Since I Left You (the most fluid example I can think of)
Cut Copy-In Ghost Colours has some melding
Flying Lotus-Cosmogramma features some too
Lou Reed-Metal Machine Music
Animal Collective albums, as well as their members' solo projects' albums, usually have songs melding into one another.

That doesn't count!
Anyway, most Pink Floyd albums segue, like The Wall and Wish You Were Here.
I guess I'll just throw out some random favourites here
Do Make Say Think - Winter Hymn Country Hymn Secret Hymn
Mars Volta - De-Loused In The Comatorium
Modest Mouse - Good News For People Who Love Bad News
Between The Buried And Me - The Great Misdirect (well, most of it)
Broken Social Scene - You Forgot It In People _________________ A dick that's bigger than the sun.
