Hi BEA. I joined because I love many of the albums on this chart (Pink Floyd, Prince) and think you can direct me to new music. I also wan't to participate in a great modern "revolution" where the chart will completely become like my personal favorites (Yeah, I know not going to happen, Joan Sutherland and Marilyn Horne's performance of Norma is going nowhere Sad ) I am primarily a progressive music fan, so my ultimate favorite oldies are ones who venture into classical territory, like Prince and Pink Floyd, and even Fleetwood Mac. (Also, where is Elton John on these charts?). I also enjoy the folksy stuff too though, but only from the 70s and 80s. Gorillaz, and even some of the later pop people are my ultimate heroes of the 2000s, whose music did nothing for me when I was there, except for the partying, which was super fun Smile. I am enjoying modern music much more. I am not a classic rap fan, which probably explains why my favorite rapper is Drake. I write music and play many instruments like a good art fan, but hate music by contemporary composers like John Cage and Hans Zimmer, who are way too modernist. I would much rather listen to progressive rock like Pink Floyd or artpop like Bjork. I hope I discover a lot of great music here!

Yeah. I'm really slow and perfectionist with music in general so it'll take a while for my charts. Smile
