Out of songs you like, which do you think are the absolute catchiest?

I'm fascinated by some catchy pop, but poppy music in general isn't my area of expertise, so looking forward to seeing what other people post. Here are some I like:

Bang a Gong (Get It On) - T-Rex
Hey Jude - The Beatles
Where Did Our Love Go - The Supremes
Lola - The Kinks (when I was a teen, I was mildly put off by the subject matter, but damn, great melody)
Gold Dust Woman - Fleetwood Mac
Shining Star - Earth, Wind & Fire
Black Water - The Doobie Brothers
Dancing Machine - The Jackson 5
Fox On the Run - Sweet
More Than a Feeling - Boston
S.O.S. - ABBA
Kiss From a Rose - Seal

I absolutely love Rumours but I don't thinkg that song is among the top 3 catchies from that album.

I agree with Daydreamer. This is about the only song of Rumours that I could not immediately hum. Why not Dreams?
And I would think Waterloo catchier than S.O.S.

Catchiest song?

Beach Boys – Barbara Ann

maybe?

Certainly can't top the catchiness of many mentioned so far.

I'll just add

Walking on Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves
Lido Shuffle by Boz Scaggs
Rubberband Man by The Spinners
Walking on Broken Glass by Annie Lennox
You Can't Hurry Love by The Supremes
Dancing in the Moonlight by King Harvest

and the dreaded Copa Cabana by Barry Manilow!

Its no coincidence that every song mentioned so far was made in the 60s or 70s. Even the pop music of those decades is better than the rock music of today. Or any other kind of music for that matter.

Blondie - Atomic
The Cure - Just Like Heaven
Smiths - This Charming Man
Whitney Houston - I Wanna Dance With Somebody
Dead or Alive - You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)
Hall & Oates - I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)
Donna Summer - I Feel Love
Wham! - Wake Me Up Before You Go Go
Duran Duran - Rio
Billy Joel - Uptown Girl
Pet Shop Boys - Always On My Mind
Tiffany - I Think We're Alone Now

(Just realised. I think these are all 80's)

EDIT: Donna Summer is 70's. so not all 80's.

There's a few modern ones that are catchy too:

Rihanna - We Found Love
Only Girl In The World
Maroon 5 ft Christina Aguilera - Moves Like Jagger
Eminem - Without Me
Ed Sheeran - Shape Of You
Killers - Mr Brightside
Hives - Hate To Say I Told You So
Lady Gaga - Poker Face
Bad Romance
Katy Perry - Hot n Cold

Long live the Millenial whoop. Lol!!!
