Lyrically and musically it's a total one sided slam dunk slaughter. A very interesting Pyramid of Bones vs. something that never have been allowed to darken my sound system.
I went with Pyramid of Bones, even though I thought that album was a bit overrated.
Likely was a closer match-up for me than most. Even though I constantly say I think Eminem is one of the most overrated hip hop artists of all time, Lucky You was one of two tracks off Kamikaze (the other being The Ringer) that I could actually say I enjoyed. That album as a whole though was so embarrassing for Eminem it's actually amazing how out of touch and pathetic he has become. _________________ Griselda, by Fashion Rebels 2020's Hip-Hop 2020's Country

I actually LOVE this Voidz album. It was one of my favorites from last year. Very fresh reinvention/tweak of indie rock/The Strokes and extremely catchy. Perfect driving music. The entire album is quite solid if you can get over the fact That The Strokes freshness date passed a decade plus ago. One of the pleasant surprises from last year.
Q: How do you make late-career Eminem even more self-serious and dislikeable?
A: Add a Joyner Lucas verse.
A vote against 'Lucky You' here, although 'Pyramid of Bones' is cool in a nostalgia fetish way. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.
