Ok how about this?

I'll log myself in from time to time just to check other users and their latest charts and when I'm not logged in, I'm going to keep on checking this to see if there are any updates with the logging in being fixed.

Thanks, I wish you could just click a button and it would be fixed, but it's a bit more involved than that. Checking the server logs all day to see how this issue is caused and trying to identify a pattern. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

I've also been experiencing this issue from the beginning. It doesn't bother me much, but it might be useful to report it.

Thanks for reporting. How often are you getting the issue e.g. every time you view a different page, or a few times per day? (& has this happened today already?)

(if you don't click 'remember' when you log in, your session will expire after about one hour of inactivity)

I did press the remember button when logging in yesterday but after a few hours, it logged me back out.

But like I said, I am going to keep checking this (trouble logging in) to see if anything good has happened.

Thanks, I don't doubt it. It's just very difficult to troubleshoot as I don't know when (or how often) the logouts occurred so it makes it difficult to know where to look in the logs. It would be helpful if you could let us know the next time it happens (or make a note of the time) to help pinpoint where to look. If the server is not logging in you in, it's only possible to tell it's you from your previous IP addresses and browser details.

How do I find the IP address?

Your IP address is provided to us in the background each time you browse a page on this website, so please don't post it here (you also might be using multiple IP addresses during the course of a day depending on your ISP and whether you are browsing using 3G etc).

Everytime I open my browser, I am logged in, but if I go anywhere I get logged out and I have to sign in again. Then, it doesn't log me out as long as I keep my browser open. Also, I always click "remember".

Thanks, that’s useful info. Possibly multiple issues at play here. Collecting data so hopefully get to the bottom of it fairly soon.
