clicking album image link opens incorrectly

when i click on an album image, i get a broken page (a slash gets dropped from the url). i can get to the album via the text link.

example:

img src: besteveralbums.comthechart.php?a=109329
a href: besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?a=109329
