Right now I'm going to get through several Grave Digger albums. I haven't checked them out at all until today.
Also, I find it odd that an album called Bible of the Beast (Powerwolf) has lyrics that praise God more than they criticize him, which is not at all. I might check them out later once I'm done with Grave Digger. _________________ Do it yourself and let me play my music: https://www.besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?c=61802

Yeah, outside of Rocky and maybe some outliers you aren't going to get many people [rightfully] posting here in good faith.

I can still raise awareness, tho. Maybe a salad bar, too... _________________ Do it yourself and let me play my music: https://www.besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?c=61802

Refreshing to hear someone not completely turned off from faith in metal music, especially of the judeo-christian variety.

It's the gory stuff I stay away from, as well as Bazi music. I can't bring myself to listen to that. Otherwise, Trouble and Theocracy are great bands. I don't "mind" satanic lyrics either, despite believing in God myself. But even if I was an atheist I wouldn't mind Christian music at all. _________________ Do it yourself and let me play my music: https://www.besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?c=61802

I remember back when turntable.fm was a thing. One of the guys in the chat told me he couldn't stand religious music and I mentioned how he liked Orphaned Land. The man didn't know the lyrical content. All he heard was riffs in ignorance. Once I told him suddenly Orphaned Land wasn't worth listening to anymore. It was bizarre.

I know I'm guilty of doing the same thing with albums that promote gore and Nazism, but still. I'm sure Nokturnal Mortem and some goregrind has a lot of talent, and so but still.
It's pretty heartwarming that Theocracy is such a talented Christian band. Narnia's pretty good, too. _________________ Do it yourself and let me play my music: https://www.besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?c=61802
