It's superior to most of Dylan's catalog, including Blood on the Tracks and Freewheelin', but still inferior to Highway, Blonde and even The Basement Tapes. I honestly didn't expect that I'd find it so incredible. _________________ Do it yourself and let me play my music: https://www.besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?c=61802

I got obsessed with Hurricane after hearing it played at a mates house when I was in my early teens, I never really listened to albums or music at this point in time, very little of them anyway. Anywho, I went and bought this album a few days later and it started an obsession that hasn't ceased since, thousands of albums later, I still find it surreal that this was the starting point.
To talk about the actual album itself, it's great, somedays I find it being Dylan's best (deep down I'll probably saying it's Freewheelin'), but I absolutely adore every second of this album and view it as the cornerstone of my collection.
Wonderful. _________________

Spot on. I don’t understand the stratospheric acclaim surrounding his 70’s stuff, but this is the best of it. _________________ Can you play free, or in three, or agree to try something new?
