almost picked this up at a record store a few months ago!! went with astral weeks instead (which was only $5!!!)

Dude you're missing out if you haven't listened to Today! yet. Great album. Whether you prefer their simple pop sound or their more sophisticated music, Today! cannot disappoint because it has both. Side A feels very fun, fun, fun but Side B was the first step Brian Wilson took towards Pet Sounds.
