*.csv maximum limit?

hello everybody. i have a simple question: why is it "only" possible to download a *.csv-file with at least 1.000 entries maximum? in many years there are plenty of more albums in the official ranking and i would like to have a bigger overview. can somebody explain me how i generate a *.csv for example entries 1.001 to 2.000 in 2010?

CSV files for aggregate charts are limited to 1,000 entries right now. This might change in the future, but it's a current limitation.
