Whimsical Psychedelic Pop Rocks conjuring flashbacks to those early Pink Floyd Syd Singles with just a hint of The Swell Maps & The Wipers to these old geezer's ears!
Steep yourself some dandelion tea with a bit o'honey to get in the proper mood. Perfect Sunday morning music.

?
Does this qualify? I thought the selection had to be 2023 releases.

Re-Read the new rules. My design with this was to have this be an album listening club true to its name, its not "album of the current year listening club" after all.
"This time its more or less going to be run the same but with one new caveat: the album of your choice per week does not have to be from the current calendar year. This allows us to have discussions with any record, serving as a sort of community run album of the week type of thing."

I've played this one 2-3 times during the last week or so. Very enjoyable sound, easy to listen to, much like the other entries in the ALC thus far (haven't listened to Applerill's pick yet). I don't think it's anything outstanding, just some cool psychedelic rock stuff. But always glad to see local representation! _________________ Overall chart

Exactly! Sometimes I just need some comfort food, and this totally hit the spot. I LOVE early Pre-Pipers era Pink Floyd and this comes pretty close to that at times.

Definitely! Some great tunes as well, particularly liked Koala, Dannys and Look at the Skull in My Face. Good choice for ALC. _________________ Overall chart

Finally got around to listening to this - really cool psychedelic rock album! I really enjoyed it, sounds like it was ripped right out of 1968 in some parts _________________ Progressive Rock
