Having been a fan of Nostalgia, Ultra, I was quite eager for Channel Orange. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. There are few albums I've listened to as obsessively as I did this one in the months following its release. It was one of those albums I clung to my first year of university, playing it endlessly. To this to day, I know Channel Orange like the back of my hand. I gave it a spin recently and wasn't disappointed, and I think I still prefer it to Blonde, which I've never quite loved in the same way.
