Went to her profile, and......she's been around for 247 days, apparently. Though she has never posted on the forums, so maybe that's why you didn't come across this member.

a big reason why I like these 'chart of the days' is that it helps to provide a reason for people that we don't normally hear from to get involved in the forums.

Yup.
Though more often, the people who are already involved in the forums get to have their charts featured as "Chart of the day".
