My first two are obvious, since they're both actually on my Chart, but to give the rest, as well:
1. The Germs - Germicide (from the Charts)
2. Various Artists - The Decline of Western Civilization (ditto) (one of the best soundtracks as well!)
3. Nirvana - MTV Unplugged in New York
4. Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense (another soundtrack!)
5. Dead Kennedys - Mutiny on the Bay
6. Neutral Milk Hotel - Live at the Side Door (that used to be a club in MY city!)
7. Tom Waits - Nighthawks at the Diner (that counts as live... right?)
8. NOFX - They've Gotten Even Worse Live!!
That's all I got!

Frampton Comes Alive not on anyone's list? It's the greatest because every single tune is better than it's studio counterpart, it's absolutely clean including the extensive improv, and the production/sound quality is bout as good as it get's live.
