Oh no, I had that image in my mind for a long time and I wasn't even thinking of choosing a cover for my book when it hit me all of a sudden. I mean, that image changed my entire view of the book forever for some reason.

Sounds like me with my writing; get the outside ideas set before the story itself. I've got one story involving a band at the moment, inspired by various discoveries from 2011's listening.
