Sorry for your confusion, but BO is not a true military leader. The first War of Northern Aggression was lead by Republican General U. S. Grant and I presume the next War of Northern Aggression will be lead by a democratic socialist general since the South is now Republican.

Your stating fallacies is not rationalizing, but perhaps it is delusional. Shame on you

For the last time, BARACK OBAMA IS NOT A SOCIALIST! HE'S NOT EVEN A LEFTY!

Actually, Cornell West (an outspoken lefty) recently called him a Republican in black face on Democracy Now!. Extreme, yes! But much more accurate than your brainwashed, totally inaccurate, perception of him. With the exception of Obama Care (originally a Republican idea), his policies have mostly been center right. What am I doing? It's a waste of time trying to rationalize with you. Brick wall

Edit: Since Obamacare mostly benefits the insurance companies, I'd hardly call that socialist.

Cornel West is the honorary chairman of the Democratic Socialists of America, not to be confused with Colonel West the black conservative Republican from Florida. Here is what Cornel West actually said:

"I think that it’s morally obscene and spiritually profane to spend $6 billion on an election, $2 billion on a presidential election, and not have any serious discussion—poverty, trade unions being pushed against the wall dealing with stagnating and declining wages when profits are still up and the 1 percent are doing very well, no talk about drones dropping bombs on innocent people. So we end up with such a narrow, truncated political discourse, as the major problems—ecological catastrophe, climate change, global warming. So it’s very sad. I mean, I’m glad there was not a right-wing takeover, but we end up with a Republican, a Rockefeller Republican in blackface, with Barack Obama, so that our struggle with regard to poverty intensifies."

Cornel West also said:
“In the president’s forward motion in the second term to establish a legacy—and I don’t think that being president ought to be about a legacy; it ought to be about advancing the best for the American people. But in this conversation about his legacy, I want to see what risk he’s going to take. Is he going to put himself on the line for poor people? Is he going have an honest conversation about drones? As Doc said earlier, you know, is he ever going to say the word prison—the phrase, “prison-industrial complex”? Reagan wouldn’t say “AIDS.” Bush wouldn’t say “climate change.” Will Obama say “prison-industrial complex”? I mean, I want to know where the risk is that equates to being the most progressive president ever. That’s the—I don’t get that.”

Rominelli I am sorry you feel offended by the cartoon. I am not offended by it. I cannot be responsible for or anticipate how everybody feels about every little thing. Sorry again, but it is time to get over it. There are bigger problems in the world than cartoons.

I don't usually post things that are anti-conservative just as you don't post things pro-conservative. Nevertheless, I don't have the wherewithal to confirm the validity of every third party post I make. In this particular case I even forewarned you about the video. Now if you want you can do your own research and reach your own conclusions.

You posted it. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. Be a man, you puny little being. You are posting these things AS YOUR OWN OPINIONS, BECAUSE YOU HAVE MADE CLEAR WHICH SIDE OF THE AISLE YOU ARE ON.

i DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR APOLOGY FOR THE FACT THAT WHAT YOU POSTED OFFENDED ME. YOU NEED TO APOLOGIZE FOR POSTING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, STATE THAT YOU WILL TRY TO BE MORE SYMPATHETIC TO THE FEELINGS OF OTHERS BEFORE YOU POST, AND MEAN IT.

Understand this, you apparently very small shell of a man. Stating that you are simply adding things for discussion does not fly. YOU ARE LYING. You have made it clear that you are on the right wing side of things, and you only post things that are negative toward the Democratic party. Therefore, what you posted IS YOUR OPINION. It was HIGHLY offenseive. And anything less than the apology I listed above IS UNACCEPTABLE.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND?

I am glad you think it is Ok to attack members personally. As I said I don't find the cartoon offensive. It was directed at my fellow Republicans. Get over it

Not sure that makes a sense. I mean, like, if I was in public and said something heinously racist, and to add to that I'm saying it through a megaphone so everyone can hear it, and some black guy approached me to confront me about it and I say:

EXCUSE ME, I ONLY MEANT THAT FOR MY WHITE FRIENDS OVER HERE, GET LOST!

Rominelli somehow thinks the cartoon attacks the president but it actually attacks the Republicans who drank the Kool-Aide. In any event, its a cartoon. It wasn't posted with malice aforethought. I already apologized to Rominelli for somehow hurting his feelings. I won't apologize for posting a cartoon poking fun at certain Republicans.

If there has been a conscious choice to post something, then that choice must be the responsibility of the poster. Posting a video without any commentary and expecting people to understand why it was posted leaves a lot of room for ambiguity, and how is somebody expected to ignore an image posted in plain sight? Taking it to the extreme if somebody posted an image of an execution, or an abortion video, then those are most definitely the responsibility of the poster and they most definitely shouldn't be posted here. Everybody's posts are their own responsibility, and it is the duty of the poster to ensure that they are appropriate for the site.

I agree with you albummaster. I just don't feel the cartoons and videos I have posted are offensive. Perhaps some of our members are hyper sensitive. I have apologized to those that can't take the humor. It is hard to judge how sensitive unknown viewers will be. Just remember they are cartoons and videos expressing the views of the authors often in a farcical manner. If you think you might be hyper sensitive, it might be best not to view items in the ghetto.

If I had an ounce of respect for you, I would sit you down and explain to you why images attempting to make anything about Jim Jones humorous is offensive to me, and to a large number of people. I shouldn't have to: you should be smart enough and sensitive enough to understand that regardless of your intent, you are responsible for what you post, and you are responsible if what you post is HURTFUL.

Again, your apology means squat. You apologized for the fact that what you posted was hurtful to me...you did NOT apologize for posting it without thinking about anyone but yourself and your agenda.
