Marquette is #6 in the nation in assists 
And they have beaten teams such as Louisville, Washington Huskies, and, lest we forget...

i don't think Junior Cadougan is considered a very good point guard.... and Wisconsin is very average this year. Louisville is in a downward spiral and will fall out of the top 25 very soon... Washington, hasn't been ranked all year! I think a very good eye test will be games agaisnt Cincinnati, West Virginia, Uconn, and Seton Hall.
Wisconsin beat Illinois yesterday though... that was a decent win, but idk they just don;t have the talent this year, i think it's more of their system and tempo. Bo Ryan has always played that grind out style. |
Dude, the Vanderbilt loss was the low point of this season. Vandy is 14 - 5 and very good so it's not a huge factor in judging how good Marquette is.
Remember, the other losses were very close games 2 top notch teams.
They lost by only 3 points to #12 Georgetown.
And lost 2 #1 Syracuse by only 7 points.

The Badgers are so overrated... Missouri has been impressive, that's a team Marquette should be studying because they are somewhat similar... Except Missouri's Point Gaurd is awesome! Phil Pressey... i might have spelled it wrong, but he is a beast!

Florida State is on the come up... they beat UNC and Duke!!! with Maryland sandwiched in between what a run!
