I bought this album to be above in 1992. It is my opinion, one of the most interesting so-called "Various Artists" category within the plates. It illuminates the fine, which drew on the early Beatles influences. May be a surprise to many, the fact that, The Beatles recorded a lot of girl bands repertoire includes songs, while Elvis is totally missing. I listened to this album a lot, and at the same time, I wonder which ones are better: the originals or covers by The Beatles? I think the result is 50/50...Ok, many of The Beatles' covers is clearly better than the original. Personally I like Larry Williams' songs, which are "Fab Four" made no fewer than three. Now I ask from you which ones are better??

Think they should've included Maggie Mae too.

Words of Love and Everybody's trying to be my baby are examples of where the covers are better than the originals.
