|
Did we just lose all of our data or something?  Every chart/ song/ album is now being shown as invalid.
Just want to make sure this is fixable, and not some sort of crazy shutdown.

My main chart got deleted and I'm "not allowed to edit this type of chart"

This is terrible! It appears that part of the problem has resolved itself -- i.e. I can access most of my charts now. But the chart I was working on earlier today -- my main chart -- has vanished. It says "no chart found" and I also get the message "You are not allowed to edit this type of chart." when I try to edit it. PLEASE tell me that that data can be recovered!!

I googled it and this came up

I see it says on top "no chart found" [edit: actually nevermind it seems ok now], but it's there at least. It was the same with my chart but it's back to normal now.

whew...i was mostly worried about losing all the data and needing to make my chart all over again. it seems that will not be the case. good news...

Didn't experience this (admittedly, I wasn't online when these messages were posted), but it seems it is working now.
And albummaster, something is weird is going on definitely. Around two days ago, for a short period of time I think, I was not able to post anything on the forums.
