Don't know any of the Zagreb/Belgrade ones... so will hold off voting until Loveless posts some clips.

Neither do I, but I know some of the Phoenix ones so my vote goes to Belgrade.

First, my favourites by each...

Idoli – Poslednji dani (Odbrana i poslednji dani (1982))
(Either this one or Rusija from the same album.)

Link

Ekatarina velika – Siguran (Dum Dum (1991))
EDITED here... At first I decided to go with one of their most cheerful (musically) "pop" songs, but then I thought that maybe later I could do "the most "pop-ish" songs by each band. So that one will appear in another post later

Link

Haustor – Uzalud pitaš (Tajni grad (1988))

Link

Azra – Tople usne žene (Azra (1980))

Link

(next... their most popular songs on youtube)
and thanks to harkan again for allowing the double nomination

No worries. It is hard to pick from one city and since no-one objected to the nomination, it seemed wrong to do so.

By the way, good songs to choose and you have made my decision harder.

I'll just post the second batch of videos now, cause then I have some work to do...

These are the most popular videos by each band on youtube (all of them have over a million views)
Idoli – Maljčiki (Paket Aranžman (1981))

Link

Ekatarina Velika – Par godina za nas (Samo par godina za nas (1989))

Link

Haustor – Šejn (Bolero (1985))
(I don't know how the hell this song has so many views... I mean it's great and all, but it's far from their most commercially appealing)

Link

Azra – Balkan (the single was released in 1979, don't know when this live version was recorded)

Link

There is another »Azra« video with more view counts, Usne vrele višnje, which is the Croatian rendition of Lily of the west, but as it turns out, it's from a solo album by Štulić (Azra frontman)

Well, I went for my hometown so this will be the price that I pay. I knew I would probably go out in the first round. Nonetheless, here's some videos you guys can watch.
