I've listened to this album recently, and I still think the intro is the best song.

I'm not sure why, but I consider The xx kinda like the modern day Joy Division.

Either way, great great album!

I consider Interpol the modern day Joy Division. The xx are nothing even like Joy Division Neutral Your opinions though.

This album is one of my favourites of the last decade Smile Took me 4-5 listens to like it, but it eventually happened. VCR & Basic Space are my favourites. They were album to keep everything sounding like it went together, without getting repetitive or "same-y" sounding. Can't wait for their new album to come out Very Happy

90/100

I feel like this is one of the most widely loved albums of the past few years.

Looking forward to their next release. They mentioned on Facebook that they incorporated some 'club music' aspects, so it will definitely be interesting.

Don't worry you are both wrong

Although this album is definitely Post Punk esq, just a few decades late
