A lot of the artists I enjoy would classify themselves a Scottish rather than United Kingdom nationality. Is there any chance of having the United Kingdom option separated into Scottish, English, Welsh and Northern Irish? Think

I just noticed that you plan to have fun charts for one of the higher levels. If this means users can name their own charts and populate it how they like, this would be enough for me. I could then create a Scottish artists chart and avoid all other users having to deal with the irrelevance of the four nations.

I'm down with that idea.

Should we list USA artists by state (50)? I think not. As long as Scotland is part of the UK, artists should be listed as UK. Is there a Scottish Olympic team yet?

I'm agreeing with Naples here. The entire UK is smaller than most states, we don't really need to split it into the three.

There's Scotland's national football team which can participate in FIFA World Cup.

It isn't a size problem. Have you ever noticed Liechtenstein on map?

We even have teams named after cities. Let's list artists by city! Wink

I've often thought this, specifically about Scottish artists. There does seem to be a distinct Scottish quality to a lot of bands, and many of those would probably be uncomfortable with being labelled 'British' ahead of 'Scottish'. What RFNAPLES is doing is confusing countries with states. He's probably turning senile.
