I'm not worried about that at all. I hope dearly that that happens soon.

Although it's probably my third favorite Clash album,I don't think any top ten would be creditable without a Clash album in it.There is no way 'Kid A' is better than 'London Calling' anyways,so I remain confident on The Clash's presence remaining in the top 10.

So it looks like the lowest that London Calling will fall is #13, but it will be a few years before Pink Floyd gets #12.

Actually according to these numbers you should be way more worried about Rubber Soul falling out of the Top 25 eventually.

Thanks for compiling this, it's really interesting to look at. I'm happy to see Pet Sounds doing well recently Smile

As for Kid A vs. London Calling, I like Kid A a lot more, but I like London Calling so much too that I honestly don't care what happens. I figured Kid A would overtake London Calling for a while now, didn't realize it would happen so soon, though.

This thread has inspired me to relisten London Calling and maybe put it on my chart. But first, I'll listen to some other albums.. so there won't be any changes from me for a while!

London Calling should be #500 or something.
i'm glad it gonna leave the top 10, first behind the far superior Kid A very soon, and then 11# behind the perfect Funeral in quite a while Cool

I absolutely agree with you. London Calling is hardly an "OK" album.

Ironically... I've put Kid A one position ahead of London Calling in my chart... Razz But i think that London Calling is far more superior than Kid A... I just did it because Radiohead's album means more to me than The Clash's Album...

interesting stats !

strange that VU&nico isn't that popular Think , and Pet Sound had definitely a boost last year from the release of SMILE

London Calling isn't very good album. I'm the oracle, and you cannot undermine my word.
