It seems that rules are not clear, someone asked me this before...

YOU MAY VOTE AS MANY ARTIST AS YOU WISH, WITH THE ONLY LIMIT OF 3 SONGS PER ARTIST.

The rest of the rules apply to the selection process, but so far you only need to know that you can vote any artist with the limit of 3 songs per artist.
