Oh yes, that's me. Although, I do not wish to anger anybody. People like what they like. Cool

I like compilations, they serve all my needs. If it is NOT one of my favorite bands, why buy all their albums when it makes much more economic sense to get the hits packages. All the goodies are right there on one disc! I do like to save some dough!

There's nothing wrong with compilations, you find some great songs there of course. But you usually don't find the true greats: the deeper cuts, the songs that become your personal favorites. Greatest hits are great, but not all of them are long lasting.

I've always thought listening compilations is like watching a movie that's, say, nothing but the best scenes from all of Christopher Nolan's movies.

They're fine if their an artist you're not crazy about, but have maybe 10 good songs, but they don't capture the mood an album can portray or the message the artists were trying to put across.

I don't know why anyone would listen to the best of Pink Floyd or Radiohead.

But anyway, great chart, good to see Born to Run so high. A very interesting collection of progressive, folk and heavy metal Razz

I would say this chart is rather vocalist-oriented one, but that's not a bad thing. Good vocals are always something one can take refuge in.
