Yeah, I love Is This It. Sometimes I'm confused that the Strokes actually made that album considering their 3 follow-ups Embarassed

And The Blueprint isn't my thing. I just don't think it's that great. It's average. 70/100. The Black Album is in my top 50 though, which is a far. superior album

Black Album > Reasonable Doubt > Watch The Throne > Blueprint > American Gangster > All his other shit.

Some individuals only have one piece of truly great artwork within them The Strokes just happened to nail it on their first try. There are a lot of writers who only ever really write one good book and then drink themselves to death trying to write the second one.

I'm a bit surprised by your ranking of Jay-Z's output. I heard The Grey Album first so I was into Danger Mouse's tracks with Jay's lyrics originally. I've only recently come to like The Black Album beats.

'Room On Fire' is awesome and the first half of 'First Impressions Of Earth' is as strong as Is This It.Angels is decent too,The Strokes are the kings y'all.
