For everything I have found so far there are still artists I have heard not one single album recorded. The purpose of this thread is to post a some of these artists and see what people have to say. It is a random bunch of artists although all them have at least one album that is highly acclaimed or I have seen been placed high. Each share the fact I haven't heard a single albun from them. I'll post 16 Smile Here you go:

James
Agalloch
Goldfrapp
Okkervil River
Limp Bizkit
Disturbed
Phish
Fugazi
Spock's Beard
Gene Clark
Kamelot
Christina Aguilera
Dixie Chicks
Immortal Technique
Boris
Sade

Any album recommendations amongst those? Razz

Definitely Love Deluxe (Sade) and The Repeater (Fugazi), and Chocolate Starfish and the Hot-Dog Flavored water if you're on something crazy

I have yet to hear a full album of theirs, but what I've heard from Picture of Nectar was good, enjoyable stuff.

Repeater is amazing.

I have to re-listen to most of their stuff, but they're amazing, definitely listen to their albums.

Thanks for the responses Smile Fugazi seems to be the one mentioned most so far.

Goldfrapp doesn't seem to be popular on this thread. They have 3 albums in the overall 2000 here and seem to get rated highly on rate your music, there must be some people who are finding something good with them.

While I am aware they are infamous, I have never actually heard any music by Limp Bizkit so they get included. That's why I thought I'd give them a chance here.
