Comments for the seperate albums on recognized charts

Most of the music magazines behind the recognized charts originally made comments for each album for their lists. None of the recognized charts on our site contains original album comments. It would be nice if these comments were shown on this site (in the case they're possible to find), just like our opportunity to add comments for each album on our charts! Maybe people would stop rating recognized charts down so much if comments, in which the magazines explain their perhaps quite odd choices, were visible. Some recognized charts have an average rating below 50!

I know it sounds like drudgery to add these comments, so it's just an idea. Maybe you could make comments editable for members the same way with albums, so you just have to lock the comments when they seem correct.

..but again, just an idea!

the format of each list (& the commentary) is a bit inconsistent between publications which makes a bit difficult to do, and I think there would be copyright issues if the content was duplicated here which BEA needs to be wary of.

On the horizon is the ability for people to submit new recognised charts (which was suggested by someone a while back), so when that's been added, the whole thing can be looked at again, and something like what you're suggesting in your penultimate paragraph can then be added.

Oh! Copyright issues. We need to look out for that of course! Sounds like a good idea to just add them later on, perhaps.
