I was a pillar box red head for a bit... thought it was pretty cool at the time and most people seemed to like it!

Now I have purple hair..

I personally prefer the purple on me but there is nothing wrong with the red.

I am not that keen on ginger hair though (i make a distinction between ginger and red), especially if it is coupled with ginger eyelashes and eyebrows - i just think it looks odd. I have the same thing with natural blondes who have very pale eyelashes and eyebrows.

That said one of the most beautiful women I know is a golden haired ginger and she is pretty stunning!

I guess it depends on the person....
