We all know the great music documentary/movies like Hard days night, Control and Stop making sense but are there other bands or singers you'd love to see on the big screen be it documentary or biographical?

Does it count if they've already had movies made? There are a tonne of movie bios about prominent bands, but so many are crap, and so many were low budget that went straight to TV. _________________ Finnegan was super bad-ass.

I'd choose BOREDOMS, easily. No contest. From the evolution of their style, their influence on music in Japan (and the world), their "sensory overload" live shows of their early days to their recent "trance-enducing" Boa Drum shows (where they have either 77 or 111 drummers performing simultaneously, which happened on such dates like 7/7/07 or 11/11/11). Plus Yamantaka Eye has an interesting mind, as well as Yoshimi P-We.
I enjoy this piece about them: http://www.thememagazine.com/stories/boredoms/

Preferably ones that haven't but also ones you think are deserving of the Scorsese/Broomfield treatment.

Dunno if they already made one, but a piece on The Residents would be interesting.

I'd love to see a movie about Charlie N. George and Omega Testing, which follows the story of the worst band ever trying to make the greatest album ever. And the Autism of the band members.
Also, I'd love to see a movie about Brokencyde changing the world, and Thom Yorke becoming a fan

I'd love to see a proper Wu-Tang Clan biopic. There's been a half-decent autobiographical documentary, plus an enjoyable documentary regarding the 2004 Rock The Bells show, and they're currently producing a film about Ol' Dirty Bastard post-incarceration, but I'd like to see a film about the early years.

I doubt any of it would make sense
