It looks like all of the chart ratings have been erased! Am I doing something wrong?

Nope, I see it too. All of the ratings for albums are also missing.

cheers guys, looks like something weird has gone on. We're just investigating to see what has happened. Hopefully, get things back to normal before too long...

Some of the chart ratings are back but are incomplete, often missing more recent ratings.

We've got a database problem (corruption in one of the MySQL tables) and had to temporarily roll back to an earlier point in time. We're hoping to get back to normal at some point today....
