When I made my album chart, there were a few instances where I could not list my favorites because they weren't in the database. How could I possibly get those added to the website?

First contemplate why the album you wish to add isn't already there, then if you still want to add it:

1. Click 'Add new entry' to add a new entry to your chart (up to a maximum of 50 entries.)
2. List your favourite albums (artist on the left and album title on the right.)
3. As you type your entry, BestEverAlbums will try to provide you with likely matches.
4. From the list of likely matches, please choose the album that you are selecting for your chart. If an album or band isn't in the list, click the bottom option (highlighted in orange.)
5. If you make a mistake, use the 'Delete' column to delete an entry, or the arrows in the first column to move an entry up or down your chart.
6. Once all of your albums have been validated, the 'Add Chart' button will become available.

That's the thing though. I did all that stuff and still I wasn't able to post my chart because of the missing albums.

The albums are The Kink Kontroversy, Rotary Connection's self Titled, and ABBA's Definitive Collection. I wanna know how to get cover artwork and all that here.

Try it again and make sure the green check is next to all of the entries. You should be fine after that. The album artwork, year, track listing, etc. will not show up automatically. It usually takes a day or so for all the info to update.

I'm having similar problems to the OP. The two albums in question are "Walk Away Renee/Pretty Ballerina" by the Left Banke and "Back Stabbers" by the O'Jays.

I click on the indicated link, a green check appears next to the album name, but the red 'x' remains by the band name and I can't add any more albums.

EDIT: Same problem with "Bo Diddley/Go Bo Diddley" by Bo Diddley.

Sorry you are getting a problem. Maybe it's not very clear, but you need to add the band first before choosing the album (make sure there's a green tick for the band name and then add the album and it should work ok). Please let us know if you continue to get problems.
