This will give a chart that shows the albums with the least fillers . It's just a suggestion !
And it can be like the album chart based on the ratings

This is just an additional chart, right? Not replacing the main BEA chart?

This has been suggested before, but some albums only have one or two long tracks, so although it sounds a good idea in principle, it might not end up being that useful.

No because of Synergy: When the whole album is greater than the sum of the parts (tracks).
