The live is some really catchy, smoothly flowing prog rock with that precise timing that I've grown to associate with Pink Floyd. The studio one is more atmospheric for me and has a variety of interesting things happening, it's more of an experience so I prefer that one.

I prefer the Live one but that is not to say that the rest is no good. The Waters and Gilmour portions are typical Floyd stuff and would have lived well on any of their albums. The Wright and Mason stuff is stretching the envelope even from a Floyd point of view. However, I doubt Floyd fans are averse to stretching the envelope. Just do not use the Wright and Mason stuff to introduce somebody to Floyd but if you did not make it to that side of the garden yet then get around to it.
